Very nice hotel located at strategic location. Room are big

Clearly not a 4 star hotel. We have been traveling for one month but we never stayed at as such bad hotel. The room and hotel are outdated, no sound cancelation, elevator not coming... Forn me is a 2 star hotel...

Noisy. On Saturday there was very loud live music playing in bar directly opposite. Stopped at 11pm but loud drunk people singing and chanting afterwards. The sound is as loud as if you had a portable speaker playing inside the room at high volume At 6am next day we can hear upstairs neighbours having shower, walking around and talking. Same the next day too but at least neighbours wake up a little later

Beautiful view of the city. Large rooms. Good breakfast. Centrally located.

Big rooms, stuff very friendly and helpful

Good hotel even by western standards. Decent sized rooms, large lobby and well located, within walking distance of plenty restaurants and amenities. Staff were friendly. Lots of steps to climb to get to lobby. Pleasant roof top pool.

Nice clean hotel however a bit short on essentials- toilet paper & no soap Also lost one of our groups large suitcase and couldn't find it for 7 hours!!

a good hotel to western standards. the room is big and has a nice bathroom. only the freezer needs to be defrosted. A good breakfast.

Hue is a touristy City. This hotel is no exception. Upon check into the room, AC didn’t work. It was blowing hot and humid air instead of cool air. Staff was helpful and quickly sent mechanic to fix it, however, they didn’t. Asked to change room with better AC as outside is 102 F. When finally agreed to do so, the new room has mediocre AC barely working and spotty WiFi. Couldn’t get online for the two days we stayed. Starting right after dinner time, the numerous bars downstairs started playing loud/live music. This lasted until 11PM. This ruined our sleep early get up early travel plan. The next day, breakfast was like Vietnam war, hundreds of tour group people fighting for pieces of left overs. Don’t come to this hotel unless you are a backpacker who don’t care much about room temperature; don’t come unless you can walk/tour all day long under Mars temp for a whole day and still be able to party all night.

Comfortable and clean, attentive and friendly staff, very good but chaotic breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Great buffet breakfast. Street closes to traffic on Sunday nights so you can check out all the little shops and cafes in the area without watching for scooters.
